I'm really not quite too sure why there aren't more reviews of this Shoprite in general or why the few are such terrible reviews. Anyhow, it's right on your way to Asbury Park Beach and it's the best stop off for sandwiches, booze, hot food bar, salad bar and their produce and premade/prepared foods beats any Wegmans I've been to. I've never seen so much high quality items at Shoprite. If I lived in the area, I would purchase all of my meals and catered events through this location. The store is immaculate, their booze selection is off the charts and like I said, it's this ultra mega super Shoprite. They even have freshly prepared wonton soup and egg drop soup. Burrata and soppressata, YUP! I never thought I'd say Shoprite could put Wegmans or Whole Foods to shame, but wow what an amazing location this is!
Great shop rite, awesome selection and friendly employees. This location is out of the way for me but we hit this location on our way back to Sea Bright from Asbury Park. I was super impressed. Fresh baked goods, beautiful fruit and vegetables.....A large Kosher department to boot. If you are in the area check it out.
